My Softgloss was working fine today, however a customer complained this afternoon that the pay-station was not accepting her code. I walked into the bay, and noticed the screen presenting code 81 - "Back up air switch / photo-eye problem. Check air switch hose for damage, or check photo-eyes."
What I find odd is the machine is completely un-responsive. I can't move the machine back and fourth from the communication interface, my Code-A-Wash is not showing the machine has power (No light next to Car Wash Power), and the PLC has a red light next to "COMP E". I'm not sure what has caused this, but my wash is completely down.
Has anyone see, or had a similar issues before? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
