ryko code 66

after watching a vehicle get washed and observing the wheel scrubbers work my maching displayed a code 66.the wheel scrubbers will deploy and retract but not spin. I checked all the breakers and they are not tripped.
when I deploy the scrubbers from the control panel I see the contactor retract but the scrubs do not turn and the breaker does not trip.
Is my contactor not making contact?
Is there a sensor causing this?
Help!!!

Do you have power going into the contactor on all three legs? If so, do you have power out of it on all three? You need to meter it and narrow it down some. I'm pretty electrically challenged, but I can use a meter on the legs to see if they are hot. I'm not actually smart enough to read the damn thing so I work on the M-N-M principle.

M-N-M = Maximum needle movement

Well, I fixed the problem. seems as though if the foward wheel scrub chassis prox is bent and touching the chassis all the time, it wont allow power to flow from the contactor to the motor!!that would explain why the breaker never tripped.
