With carwash equipment spending down 80 basis points since 2005, I’m surprised the acquisition didn’t happen sooner.
Considering the expected rate and pattern of future growth in carwash equipment spending, I suspect Sonny’s will become the industry’s second largest manufacturer within a relatively short period of time.
Moreover, it’s not over, there is more consolidation to come.
