RV Dump Station

Does anyone one have an RV dump station at their car wash? Pros/Cons? Is it worth it? There's a need in our area so I was just wondering.

This does not answer your question & the dump station might be a solution ... but just to increase awareness of a past problem that we once had:

Over 25 years ago we had an isolated incident of an RV illegally dumping their human waste sewage. Since it was in the middle of the winter & we needed to close both doors ... the stench was horrific ... as in ... would cause people to "gag" & throw up.

I would be afraid of people coming in and dumping illegal chemicals that you did not know about and then you would be in DEEP ****.

I have no experience with owning a car wash yet still planning.. Would security camera's deter all that activity?

We have had one for many years. But we have some on site, sell propane, cameras and a locking lid.
