Just in case anyone experiences this headache. Manager call middle of the day. Roller won't cnacel. Check pulse switch, Change mack valve Turning off air will get it to cancel......sometimes???
This is a one air line cylinder operation. Air exhausts and roller weight drops liftout.
Two year old AVW conveyor (My Third and now 2nd newest of 4) Disconnect cylinder from liftout and try to move it by Hand. Almost completely stuck.
Remove assembly. Liftout shaft is held in place by 2 plastic lined "Bearings' one on either side. DS is stuck. Knock it off with a hammer, Clean and use emery cloth on shaft which is not bad at all. , Use emery cloth on plastic beariing as well. Problem solved.
