No not me yet. Terry Monroe writes @ times in the car wash trades,he has a book out " Selling with Certainty" that is a must read for all car wash owners. This book is more than getting a good price,it goes deeper in to the complexity of being in the right frame of mind to retire and being prepared to sell several years out.For me the rule of 72, not the investing rule but the retirement rule that he uses to make a point.Lets face it as self -employed owners we think we know everything about ourselves. This book will have you in it .
