So far the project is progressing. It is really hard to do a real effective pro forma. There are 14 trucking companies within 5 miles of the site. Those will need to be canvassed to see if they would be interested in a fleet price. The site is also about 1/2 mile off a busy interstate with a lot of trucks and RV's. It seems like it could work but it would really be unique as far as I can tell, especially the self service bays.
