Replacing Galvanized 3 Piece Arch

Looking for someone that has an old Sonny's Galvanized arch they want to sell.

We cannot get replacement parts for the one we have and I am willing to come and get it if you have it.

Our wash is 25 years old.

This is for a 50" Rocker Panel Brush that is attached.

The holes where the arm is mounted have been ruined so we have to get this repaired in order to get our rocker brush back working correctly.

Do you need a full over head arch? You could just have a local welder fabricate two posts high enough to mount your rockers. If no spray manifolds, mitters or top brushes are attached , you shouldn’t need a full arch to support two rockers. Or if you want the full arch, have a local welder copy what you have if Sonny’s doesn’t offer it any more.

Our fab shop makes custom arches for this specific reason,what type of arch . What are current dimensions we can prepare a quote and forward .

Theres no need for a whole arch. Have a local welder come out and weld you a plate with same hole pattern. Pretty simple thing.
