Removing the top cover

Does anyone know where I can order the tool to remove the top off? It looks like an allan head with a hole in the middle.

I'm not sure what you're trying to get the top off of but I bought a bit like you are describing from Fastenal.

I know what you are talking about. You can get that tool from any tool truck, snap-on, mac, etc... Most of the machines have the tool right above the coin acceptor. It took me a while but I found it.
