Red lion question

Hi all.
I have several properties that I maintain that have the fastraks in them. On my Red Lion panel, when an error goes off, the date and times are way way off. For example, it’s 9/26/25, roughly 2:55 and my latest error says July 8, 1998, 11:25 AM.

Is there any way to reprogram the date and time on these? Makes it hard to keep track of exactly what alarm happened when.

Devices running Crimson® 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 will display inaccurate timestamps on data, alarm, and event logs on and about March 22, 2024. Additionally, the device may cease to operate or automatically restart at the initial time of failure, and the Log File is created/begun with 1 Jan 1997, and data is logged in to that with Time different time stamp.
