Did you change the password from the factory default? If not, the password is in the manual.

I never changed the password. After a storm it seems the red lion is not communicating with the PLC.

After an electical storm ours was knocked out from lighting! It had to be replaced! Call your insurance company, our autocashier got zaped at the same time, expensive!!!!!!

Red lion was replaced by a used one and problem was fixed.

Where did you find a used one? Had you saved your program and recipes?

I have another one if you need it. I can program it to your wash. I can program ur PLC also..
