Re-programming Token Vendor

A friend suggested I give an extra token for $10 and 2 extra for $20. I agree.

This morning I set about re-programming the C-series controller (5 years old) at my wash.

Couldn't find the port for the handheld doohickey that I use to re-program. Got as far as removing the cover to the controller but nothing in there to plug into.

Any ideas?

Don’t take the cover off the controller ever!!! The Hand held doohickey thing is only used to program your ACW credit card EIC and to program a Audit pro controller. I don’t think you have an audit-pro controller in your changer, most don’t.

If you have a C-2000 controller to make it pay out the way you want, do this. On the front of your controller you’ll have a row of switches. Those switches are lettered “A” through “L”. If you want to dispense an extra token for a $5 and 2 extra Tokens for a $10, move switches “G”, “H”, “I, “J’ & “L” to the “On” position, which is down. Always turn off the power when you do any thing in the changer other than take out the money.
 
Got this done this morning (Whale O Wash said call Hamilton, which I did and they were great as usual); thank you!

I didn't disassemble the controller; just removed it from the cabinet to get at the dip switches.

Now the experiment begins; will I get more 'big bills' with the bonus tokens?
