Razor Fault 70

So i bought a car wash with razor IBA. Nearly daily I get a fault F70 speed controller 1 lost communication. I have been working with distributor via phone and have tried a few different things but no luck. Does anyone know what could be culprit? Wash was installed 2022. It will run presoak across front of car and when it's time to make turn down driver side it just shuts down...

Have you called manufacturer tech support? They usually have a good idea of stuff to check/replace based on which code and how you get the code.

You have a proximity sensor that is loose- too far away- bad wire - etc

Skip your distributor and call Washworld. Their guys are top notch and almost always answer the phone. Could be the 2 communication cables in the energy chain. Move the carriage back and forth and watch them in the chain as they go around the curve. If they have deep cracks in them than could be shorting out. Also check the prox sensors. Sometimes they work themselves loose and get too much of a gap between the metal flag. Try slowing down your speed on that pass and see if it quits. Could be drawing too many amps and kicking your controller out.
