Rate my wash, 2 months in.

here are a few pictures of my SS. def. need some help. cannot afford the white walls everyone is putting up, so im thinking first thing is to paint it white for the time being.

next up would be hand held dryers.

any other recommendations?

I would not paint those walls white, I would pressure wash or acid wash. Paint on not new brick does not stand up and will look worse in a few years than what you have now.

Great potential, large bays! A few days with a pressure washer and some bay & wall cleaner. Get the old signs down, You'd be surprised how much swapping those out or doing away with them will change things. Spend a few hours picking up the various rocks out the pit grates, a good mildew cleaner (X14) would make those walls and ceiling look a lot better until you get the pressure washer and bay & wall cleaner. I've found the cheaper/ easier fixes are what get noticed the most. Trash cans, stickers on the mat clamps, filling in the cracks in the floor, filling unused holes from old signs / equipment along the walls. Lead by example. Show your customer's you care about your site and most, not ALL will follow suit.

I am going to be putting up these wall panels next week. They’re cheaper than trusscore and they’re not corrugated so customers shouldn’t be able to poke holes in them. I’m going to use aluminum batten strips and stainless tapcons to secure the paneling. I’m a little worried about expansion and contraction but I plan on leaving some wiggle room in the batten strips.

Agree, no painting! Freshen up with new large bright colored signage and add brighter lighting if possible.

Agree with everything said about the walls. I would power wash the under side of the roof and paint it white. Buy the retro fit kits to switch those lights to LED and that place will light up at night. Best of luck

The flat wall panels are great. Do your research, if you put them in right, they do fine in hot and cold. If I am thinking of the same stuff you are, leaving room for expansion is key.
And lighting will change more than almost anything else!
