Rain-X thorugh shower head appliactors?

Greg Pack

Wash Weenie
Hi Guys,

I am going to modify some water wizards to apply both drying aid and RainX at low pressure. I'm planning on using a rain arch for drying aid, but to increase the show a bit I am interested in applying RAIN-X through a foaming application system. Sonny's or motor city washworks applicators come to mind. Is anyone out there using these shower heads to apply Rain-X in their tunnel or IBA? Thanks

Do not use Shower heads in the tunnel at $231.00 a copy because:
1. From inside the car customer will see little. I think IBA perspective would be similar. If customer is viewing from windows in a walkway, effect may be different.
2. When I did the initial setup got some sort of deal on "K Sticks" which was a lot cheaper than the Shower heads. If you made them yourself with 6 K nozzles it's about $70.00 plus maybe another $30.00 worth of fittings / materials.
3. Decided $ spent would have more impact on a flashing sign from TSS about Rain X being applied. Was cheaper than a sign from Rain X Promo package but they may give you some $ allowance which I used for Banners and Drum covers.

Thanks Earl. I'm trying to "get out easy" by teeing into the existing shower head applicators for the tri foam. Will probably use K nozzles.
