Quicksilver Getting stuck at the rear of the bay.

We have an older quicksilver that is hitting the end of the rails and getting stuck at the rear of the bay. It doesn’t happen every time and seems to happen with larger vehicles. We have replaced the encoder and the eyes show to be working on the display but wondering if we have a wire that is shorted out. Any advice would help. Thanks

Do you have any magnetic sensors as a back-up to the eyes? We had the same problem with big trucks and added the mag sensors and it fixed the problem. Also, we moved the floor sensor fwd about a foot too.
