Quick question for a Wash Select II

I have an old motherboard from before we upgraded to the dual sided card reader that was working fine and something happened to my current one that some of the inputs stopped working. My question is, does anyone know if swapping out the chips from the two boards would work? Or is something else different between the boards that this wouldn't work?.

I would print a configuration report, accounting report, and fleet report before doing anything. There are several versions of the motherboard. Im not privy to proprietary info so i dont really know what the different versions do. I have worked with i think all of them. Swapping the boards will probly work with changing the software chips but you have to do a forced reset to make the new board accept the software. Then maybe have to reprogram everything. Maybe not. Ive seen it happen both ways. Probly need to swap the "pic" chip too. It reads the card info. If you move the voice board assembly the voice you put in should transfer with it. Hope this helps
