Looking at adding a quarterly bonus incentive for cars washed - for Manager / asst manager at my Tunnel. Is tehre a formula that others have used say for example base bonus on avg cars washed in the past plice incentive calculation over that amount - I think quarterly payout is a good incentive. I am open to thoughts here - reason for the push .. more cars washed more bonus obtained - looking for growth out of this incentive for sure.

IMO one of the biggest factors for wash (Cars Washed) volume is weather . This factor is beyond control. So, how do you incentivize to do something that can't be controlled. Instead, a bonus on additional revenue per car could encourage upselling.. If you offer memberships a bonus on memberships sold could encourage selling as well.

I know Delta Sonic used to incentivize upsells to their top package. I’m not sure if they still do that now that they’ve joined the membership game, but back in the days before monthly passes, their greeters used to hard sell all the upgrades.
