I have only built a car wash from scratch. Looking to purchase an established car wash. In doing my due diligence, I am unsure of any inspections that may need to be done similar to purchasing a home. For those who have purchased an established car wash, what steps did you take? I have already inspected the equipment, that portion I can evaluate. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There are steps you might want to take that are different from purchasing a home, for example checking property records to be sure there were never fuel or oil holding tanks buried, and if there were that they've been properly removed.

If you are financing it, then I'm sure the bank will be on top of any inspections that need to be done, as it will be a requirement. Things like phase 1 and 2 environmental inspections, etc..
