Love this site. I am new to the car wash business and loving it.

Do any of you run a dehumidifier in your pump room?

Also what to you wrap the cold water lines with to control dripping?

If you have a water heater, you'd either need one that brings in the air it uses or you'd need vents to let in air from outside.

Pipe insulation would work well to insulate the pipes.

I've had a dehumidifier in my equipment room since I've been in business. I get them at Lowe's or Home Depot...$200 range and they last about 5 years.
