Pump problems again!!! ????

I was at my one of
My washes today and all of a sudden heard a quiter noise out of my pump Iooked and psi was about 1000 (usually run 1200) it once slow got down to like 800 but basically staying at 1000 I just changed the tip has new regulator and when I try to crank the regulator up it then kinda slogs and do t want to increase pressure! Any ideas? I hope it's not to vague Any help is appreciated!

It could have a restriction in the supply, or it could be drawing air in through a leak (and just because you don't see it dripping doesn't mean for sure it isn't) or your belt could be loose, or there could be debris in the regulator (or it could be defective, new doesn't guarantee it's working right).
