Pump Pressure

I think I’d replace the regulators first or least move the regulator from Bay #3 to Bay #1 and see if it made any difference. I think I’d also order a Seal kit and valves for the pump, it's good to have them on hand. What kind of regulators do you have now?
 
Did you try my suggestion on testing the regulator? It will determine immediately whether or not it's bad.
