Are you running it that speed with a VFD? It should give a fault code.

what do you mean by "stalls"? It completely stops? Or it stops intermittently?
Thermal overload tripping?
amp adjustment on motor starter not set right with higher draw?
Loose wire somewhere?

Motor starts to slow down when increasing pressure over 800psi ... overload hasn’t tripped as I decrease pressure ..... checked voltage when motor starts to stall 410 volt between phases and current is 5.2 amps which is full load of motor
By the way iam in Australia and we have 415 3phase here

Sounds like my old truck going up the mountain with a load of firewood :)
I'm not the best person to comment on this, but maybe the 2.2 kw motor might be too small to handle the load? (2.2 kw = 3 HP)
I think most of us use 5 HP with cat 310s... well, I do anyway. Depending on how much water you're pushing at what pressures/tips/hose diameters, maybe the motor cant handle it?
