My IBA had a problem this am; spray bar would stop front pass of car and carriage wouldn't travel back in. It would move manually so I knew where to look for the problem, I thought.
Turned out to be a carriage home prox that was adjusted wrong (too far out) and was getting damaged. It was worn to the point of staying on even when carriage was out!
Took all mrning but it is fixed now.
Just want you all to know that a worn prox can stay 'on' and cause probelms.
