Problems with Goulds npe pumps leaking

I have been through two pumps that pump soap and wax for my IBA. The pumps start leaking really bad when on or off. My question is... Do they make a seal kit for these pumps and where can i get them? Could it be the brand of soap tearing up the pump? I am currently using supersat presoak 2000.

Most of the time only water will run through the pump and chemical is injected after. If you are feeding too hot of water to the pump that could lead to the problems you are seeing. I think gould pumps are rated up to 160 degree water.

No hot water being ran through. Just a cold presoak mixture.
