Pro con pumps?

How long they last depends on a number of things: what they're pumping, whether it's lifting fluid, how well the inlet is protected from anything abrasive, I'm sure even the temperature of the fluid matters. I've seen them last 25 years, I've seen where people have to replace them every couple months.

General wear will cause a loss of pressure/volume.

I have had better luck with pro con than with other brands of similiar pumps. I had them last for over 10 years on soda systems when I was in the fast food biz. I have several that have delivered chemicals for over 65000 washes and they still work fine. That's just my experience with them.

I've had equally good service out of rotoflows and they are a good bit cheaper.

The Cat presoak pumps on the 2.0s are great, IMO. Noisy, but very reliable.
