The pressure just keeps climbing. It’s now at 1300 psi through the sprayers and through the roof on undercarriage. It used to be adjustable but now turning this screw does nothing. Can anyone tell me what to replace it with and whether or not this regulator is repairable? Thanks!

Did you repair or replace it? You can rebuild those. Also, have you inadvertently blocked off the bypass hose?

I cleaned two partially plugged nozzles and it dropped back down to 1000psi. I have a new one ready to put on when the time comes.

The time has come. That regulator is bad. If something happens and you have several tips get plugged at once it could damage something because the regulator is not regulating.

I don't disagree with MEP. You are just regulating pressure with increased water flow. If you can't turn the pressure down to a lower psi by adjusting the regulator it needs to be serviced or replaced.
