Powerain PLC

I am trying to figure out if a Powerain 1500 PLC with 2 line digital display and tactil switches can be repaired or who actually made them. Mine works perfectly accept for some of the tactil switches on the front panel. I am trying to find a source to replace it, repair it, or buy a used plc or panel if anyone has one or possibly any other options available. I am also looking for rebuildable spinners. Thanks in advance for the help.

I sent you an email. I was looking for clarification on the display issue you mentioned. I will also check with Powerain and see what if any mods are required to go to your display. Thanks for the response.
