Hi everyone, What have you experienced to be the easiest way to learn programming and such on these tellers?.
I just began operation of a new unit and need to program promotional etc, etc.

I have found that if something is not clear, after I read the manual.....I request an appointment with DRB, and have them walk me thru the process. I have had my site managers do the same thing. I have found their people to be helpful. This service is free and usually, I have got my appointment in 1-3 days after requesting. If I have an emergency, that is a different story. Good luck on getting immediate help....You can try, with varying results. In general, I give there tech support a B+.

I just spoke with the technical service this week, and had a few questions they were able to walk me through on the phone. Working on getting a custom display done, which they charge for but think it will be a better display for customers.
