Accutrac 360i flashes Fault and doesn’t alert me. Only 25000 washes on it. The only way I know is checking the cameras every 45 minutes to an hour. It’s then that I see all of the lights illuminated in the bay. Presoak Polish etc. they all light up when it loses connection between the HMI and plc. It shuts down the wash and I get no notification, even when the connection is present. I’m using an AT&T 5g business gateway plugged into the ups.
I toggle the machine to off then back on and all is fine. This has happened three times within the last 100 cars, which has taken several days due to the weather. Any ideas?
