Appreciate your input. It seems like IBA operators have a desire to have a different machine than their competitors, and I can see that angle. The funny thing is that all of the express tunnels near me use Sonny’s equipment. It’s all about the colors, buildings, branding, signage and wash packages - but under the facade every tunnel is “just another Sonny’s 125 foot wash system”.if you’re wanting to put the 10th Razor or Petit in your area go for it or you can give customers something different that I think will clean as good or better and no I am NOT associated with 3B
Played a lot of football against those Temple Boys in grade school. Different classes once we got to High School. Small town athletics is some good times!Comanche, Ok.very interesting. I used to coach fb & Hd boysin Temple. Absolutely loved it, & we jucked everybody's A$$!!
Can the gantry be paused at the front and rear for presoak dwell time?

Yes, a pause is programmable at any point of the wash. A jog or multiple jogs can be programmed also at your choice of speeds and depth as well. Can the gantry be paused at the front and rear for presoak dwell time?
Nexus Crossfire
I recently bought and had installed a Nexus Crossfire that I bought from 3B industries in Oklahoma it is the first installed in North Carolina I had a Magic Wand Nexus that was modified several years ago and ran for 22 years I wanted some of the same modifications done for this machine and they went the extra mile to make it happen I could not be happier it’s all stainless steel and when I do have an issue everything will be easy to get to and replace unlike the Water Wizard we have at another location I did have a few questions I needed answers and Tech support (Clint) has been great he basically made some the changes without even involving me as far as the back of the car the way we have it cleans as good as any other machine if you’re wanting to put the 10th Razor or Petit in your area go for it or you can give customers something different that I think will clean as good or better and no I am NOT associated with 3B
Am I missing it somehow? I've watched it 4 times now and I don't see how it washes the front of the car. I get the bridge over-travels beyond the rear of the car and the one set of blasters catches the back, however, I don't see the other set of blasters turn on for the front?

I understand that it "looks pretty weak", however we utilize 0 degree nozzles at 900 psi and 35 gpm. The impingement is such that you wouldn't want to leave your hand in the spray pattern from 4-6 feet for any time at all! Sure, some hands are tougher than others, but the experience would be memorable to say the least. more often than not, operators choose a reduced pressure to avoid damages. In your video the impingement on the back of the car looks pretty weak. Maybe this works in an area where they don't drop sand and salt on the roads all winter.
Yes - there are a lot of machines that use oscillating 0° and 5° nozzles at a greater distance to create the desired impact and impingement. Most of the machines that are designed this way also have extended coverage or double coverage on the front and backs of vehicles to address these difficult areas. If your machine can extend the time the oscillating pressure cycle targets these areas via jog, creep or delay, then that would most definitely be a desired option.I understand that it "looks pretty weak", however we utilize 0 degree nozzles at 900 psi and 35 gpm. The Crossfire is programmable for multiple jogs, as well as speed and travel distance of those jogs. Perhaps the most attractive feature is the F5 orbital spray head is motor driven rather than relying on the water energy to produce the motion of the spray, thus 100% of the water energy is utilized for impingement!Yes - there are a lot of machines that use oscillating 0° and 5° nozzles at a greater distance to create the desired impact and impingement.
