Anyone else experiencing long delays in shipping from PDQ? Ordered a part Monday AM and was just told by our distributor that PDQ is trying to get it out the door today, Friday PM. This means our wash will be shut down for 1.5 weeks waiting on a part. That seems pretty unreasonable to me.
I’ll bet your distributor forgot to order the part until later in the week. I’ve seen this a number of times. Then he’s trying to cover himself by playing the blame game on someone else. Find another distributor.
The part is the large stainless steel pipe that comes down into the bridge. After more digging this morning, the shipping issue is definitely with the distributor. We're hoping to cancel the order at this point and find the part elsewhere.
