I am having an intermitant problem with a Laserwind Dryer setup. The problem is actaully with the Laserwash prior to picking up the Laserwind. Under normal operation at the end of the wash the spray arm rotates to the home position and then the trolley moves to the right into its home position then the bridge moves forward and pickes up the dryer but every once in a while at the end of the wash instead of the arch rotating into home position first, the trolley will move to the right into its home position then the arch will try and rotate to the home position but get caught on the arch dump bracket and cause an arch rotate fail. Has anyone seen this before and if so what did you do to fix it?

Check to see if you are seeing input 26 (mid limit flag) and input 25 (home flag) when this is happening. If you are seeing both of these inputs please give me a call at PDQ.
Thanks
Mike
