PDQ laser was 360 plus install manual.

Hey yall, im diagnosing a tough one, but i think im on the right track, i was just wondering if anybody had a PDQ laser wash 360 install manual, i really need to see what tolerances are available for the tracks, bridge drive overcurrent fault continues to plague this machine, i think ive narrowed it down to the tracks, but id like to get an idea for how tight the machine needs to be, PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN , carwashK1DD@gmail.com, THANKS TEAM!!!!

Rails should be 152" Center to Center +/- 1/16"

on the pdq lasers, that 1/16th inch variations seems VERY tight, would it be safe to assume that if the machines rails are 1/2 an inch out, there could be some problems??

Yes, that can definitely be a contributing factor and cause issues. I would remove the belt and push the machine up and down the rails by hand. It should roll freely with minimal effort. The rails should be level too. If you haven't done so already, I would also check your rollers for wear.

yup, did all above, leveled both rails, they were 1/2 inch out, and slightly off square, haven't gotten a call back, do you think you could email an install manual? im just a very technical person that enjoys reading tech literature from the manufacturers
