PDQ 4000 ROLLERS

HELLO,
time to change my rollers
QUESTION:
some are white some are black?
some have a grease line to them some dont? or a place to put the line
am i missing something or do the newer ones not need grease?
do i need new shafts or just bearing and roller?
i do not have a docking dryer.
thank you for advice

Well docking dryer setups PDQ had grease fittings on each roller because they had bearings & spacers to support the extra weight which in return needed to be greased they have different diameter shafts for them also vs non docking machines which had smaller diameter shafts and had plastic rollers with no bearings. Honestly from what I have seen over the years when the rollers start to wear the shafts do also one time I did not do this and the machine made a clicking noise when riding the rails. As far as black and white rollers go I think black is on the passenger side. The ones that are not docking do not have grease fittings on them but PDQ offers a upgraded shaft with a grease fitting connector so your non docking machine has some lubrication and can run smoother. I just went through all this last year can be a little sketch changing them by yourself you have to take the safety brackets off the bridge and take the tires and wheels off and Jack up the machine one side at a time.
