I’m new to this forum. I have a property that I purchased in northern Jersey. I’ve been building it out for an express or hand car wash. The property has a building on it and is already built (the building, driveway, etc). It has a good shell for either a hand car wash due to the prime location or express tunnel wash. I’ve got approval from the city for car wash at this location. It’s currently a mechanic shop as one side of the building has two bay lift the other side I’ve been doing details. I want to bring in a partner to either run the business or somebody who could help me build it and sell the business. I need experienced car wash inquires only and those interested should have money to invest in the business.
