i have a new wash. the blue and white chem feed pump seems to big. it is listed at 5.9 oz. we have it at the "m" in minimum and still need to cut our soap with water.

i know i could spend $225 and get a new one rated at 3.1 oz., but i was wondering: if we use a smaller circumference chem line then we have now, will that do the same thing to some extent?

any other suggestions?.

thanks,
eda

You could try restricting the suction or discharge lines with a needle valve.

You could also use a needle valve to bypass some flow back to the inlet, might be better for the pump than restricting it.
