I have a broken OHD 2001 in Missouri and I am on vacation in California. A week ago Friday I had a problem with the CMD telling customer to "Drive Forward" and never reconized the car in the bay. I diagnosed it to be the right side ultrasonic and replaced it. Friday I had the same senario happen and walked diagnosis over the phone with my wife and determined I had a "0" K reading on the handheld for the left side utrasonic. She replaced it and everything ran as normal until Saturday morning. Now I have the same senario except now I have "0" K readings on ALL ultrasonics. I made sure to have her check that the 3 circuit breakers in the panel are not tripped. Ryko support is NOT able to service me until Monday (another SORE subject that ticks me of!!!). Any and all help in apprieciated. You can also contact me at 660-441-2666

what was the problem and what was fixed.

I had one eposide of this happening 3 weeks ago but it went away. want to know in case it came back.

I am almost positive that the Ryko factory management that monitors this site daily will be in contact with you in minutes of reading your problem. They are an extremely customer oriented company that strives to meet every need of their customers. They remind me a lot of Wash World in this regard. Our Customers Come First is their motto--I think?

Now I see Ryko has come out with a High Pressure version style Radius as well as the original Hi-Impact Version Radius, but I though the "Hi-Impact" was better then High Pressure (Laser) at least that's what Ryko told me in 2002.

What I want to know from ibspuds is how do you talk the wife into staying home in Missouri when you get to go on vacation in Calif, and still talk her into repairing the automatic?

Hi impact works better for sites with reclaim and the motor and pumps last longer. The high pressure will be good for those looking to reduce water usage.

You have got to be kidding me. Ryko come first to Ryko,

Thanks Randy. I was trying to imagine some guy in an office in Grimes Iowa watching this site just waiting to help someone.
