No Power to any Bays

Hi all,

Received a call from customer stating combo vac had no power. I noticed breaker was tripped and its a little loose. I turned it back on, the combo vac worked, but for some odd reason the power to all my bays was LOST. Now here I am thinking, I should have just left the breaker alone. It's a Coleman Super Saver System. Pictures attached.
I was reading threads about no power to a single bay, however I have no power to all bays. I pulled out the fuses to the bays, they all look fine. I did not test them, I don't know how.
This might be a dumb question, but does anyone know if this system has a reset button? Or what else I can check? It's just weird that the combo vac breaker tripped and turning it back on for some reason I lost power to all bays.

Thank you all in advance for your help.

Do you have a multi meter and know how to use it? If not, suggest you start watching some YouTube videos on the basics of using one. If you are a rookie and not confident, probably worth calling a tech, there is exposed high voltage in that cabinet.

As Randy suggested flip all the breakers off then on including the main breaker.
I suspect you lost a leg of the 3 phase, commonly referred to as “lost a phase”.
You can test the voltage for each leg on your 3phase self serve pump motor starter. Each lug should read 120 to ground. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING if you aren’t familiar with a multi meter and how to test things without killing yourself!
If you have lost a phase it means the breaker on the transformer leading to your building needs to be reset. Utility company handles that.

THANK YOU for the advice Keno. I will be going to purchase a multi meter and learn on YouTube for any future issues. Really appreciate everyone on this group!

Buy a decent one with an amp clamp for future trouble shooting, amp clamp helps pinpoint issues.
