Hello- The high pressure pump on my Laser 4000 will not kick on when undercarriage is triggered. The Lex air valves are changing over and I can manually kick on the hp pump in test mode. What should I check or look for?

Also, sometimes when the Lex air valves change over it sounds sloppy like water is interfearing. I put a rebuild kit in both, so what might be going on there as well?

Thanks in advance!

Follow up...the hp pump was kicking on after all, it was the mac valve that wasn't releasing the U/C Lexair valve all the way...strange???

Took Mac valve apart, tinkered with it and problem solved hopefully!

The mac valve will stick if it is not fed with clean dry air. If it starts to stick, I usually push in on the white button on the side to manually operate it 5-6 times to see if this helps. If not, Itake it apart, and clean it, and then add some graphite to help keep it from sticking.
