New Vac's with Crypto Tap Plus issues

Hey all! long time no post, i am having some issues with some tap plus units. I just bought all new vacuums from Ginsan and had them install crypto tap plus units before they shipped. they are running GS403 timers, Imonex Z3 coin acceptors and crypto tap plus units. here's the issue, coin works perfect no issues. the tap plus will turn on. they are set to count up. (i have tried this with several differed coin/time mixtures but here's the one im using for this example) so i have to coins set to:

4 to start
50 secs per coin
(3.33 mins/200 secs)

Crypto tap config:
Profile: Count up
Type: Vac
Rate: 50
Min charge: $1
Max $15
accept attn: yes
Coin value 0.25
Coin notification 200

Here is the problem, when using cc it will start, when i hit the stop button (as soon as it lets me) to stop charges i think its after like 20 secs or so it should shut off after 200 seconds (4 qt worth). however it stays on until 5 mins, (300 secs) and only charges $1... this is happening on any settings i change to. now if i let it run past 200 secs then hit stop it still does past the time allotted but then charged $1.25.

Secondary issue, the coin counter is hooked up, however its not counting correctly. testing with 4 qts it counts .75, then one time it counted .25

Not sure what's up, this was all installed by Ginsan before shipping to me so i doubt its hooked up incorrectly but could be the case? or there's an issue with the tap units? (this is all 5 units doing the same).

Thoughts? Direction? solutions? i can call everyone Monday but i have them up and running and don't want my custs to have an issue.

Thanks all!

If I were you I would set it to count down and forget about it. I would not even want count up on a vacuum and let alone when you dont have an external display timer for customers to see exactly how much there spending. It will be a giant guessing game for them and bunch of phone calls for you.

Not sure. You will have to ask them that.
....... nothing like spending 17k on bran new vacs that don't work properly.. lol so based on this i need to set it as count down coin? but then the button adds a qt. but then also cusious why the coin counter is not working properly also. thats just a pulse signal correct? should work on any timer?

lol spray the faceplate with soapy water and the back of the sticker too. You will be able to slide it around when you put it on. Use a credit card to squeegee the water out once you have it where you want it.
