New to car wash, info on tube safes needed

Hey everyone in new to the whole self serve car wash thing. I own an auto repair shop and now this car wash attached to it. The place had been closed for about 2 years and the homeless took it's toll on the machines. So far we're getting all new basicly everything minus the shampooers. I have no keys and no lock smith is willing to help. I mostly need info on my tube safes. I have the combos but no dial. I've called around and no one seems to want to help. Anybody have any ideas? I have no model number or manufacture just a serial number that doesn't help me. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I upload all of my pictures to OneDrive from Microsoft, it's a free cloud based service that I use for everything I work on. I embed the link from there to here when posting pictures.

It's probably a Star safe, and you can get a dial for them from just about any major car wash supply company.

Is that the car wash on Smokey Point next to Alfy’s pizza? I knew the previous owner. I believe those are Star safe heads. They aren't very popular in the PNW.
