Very unusual for a goldline. They are typically very reliable in my experience.

What kind of problems have you had and what 3 parts have you replaced? Gold lines are pretty solid.
It would be nice if you were to disclose what the problems are. Have you been in contact with Hamilton?

I have the opposite experience with Hamilton. I've got a 20 year old gold line that has been bulletproof. Very few breakdowns. I can count on half of one hand the number of parts I've ever replaced. Awesome tech-support from Hamilton. When I reloaded my automatic I didn't think twice about keeping my gold line in service with my new carwash.

@1860CW, so you joined the forum yesterday and made this post about an hour later. You’ve been asked to tell us what issues you are having with this new Gold Line, if you have spoken with Hamilton about these issues and what 3 components you have replaced on this unit. So far, no response back with the answer to these questions, so I would probably just shut the automatic down and call it a day.
I have had 3 new Gold lines for 9.5 weeks and so far the only problem I have had is training customers to push the green button to use the credit card reader.

People do not read the instructions on the plastic door skin even located next to the cc machine. We found a pTouch label on the cc display gets their attention. We still get a few who call to say the cc machine is not working but they are rare. Once we point out how to get the reader to work with the button they seem to calm down.
