New Floor Heat Boiler

Has anyone recently replaced their floor heat boiler with a new high efficiency model? What makle/model did you decide on and are you happy with the investment? My three bay self serve in Michigan has the same boiler that the wash was built with in 1985, the gas bills have been ridiculous for the last few winters but I'm not sure if the expense of a new boiler would give me enough savings to justify the investments. Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.

I recently installed one of these and I am very impressed with the quality function and effect heat output. They were highly recommended and are more $, but IMHO worth it.

How many square feet of concrete? What size boiler? How do you have your floor heat set up? Constant cycle and then a burner cycle when a low fluid temp setpoint is reached?
