For the first time, my IBA cc sales are higher than cash sales.
Even more reason to buy CC acceptors for SS bays! No more excuses.
i dont feel the enthusiasm. Our cc per cash is kinda even out. Although our debit sales increase dramatically and even if it does surpass i wont feed those crooked cc processor a penny. Kinda wonder how to startup one , i would like to change the ethics in doing business in this environment.
BTW what kind of rates everyone paying?? True rate = total fees/deposit totals
Our SS sales leveled off at about 30%. Not bad though considering people spend 20% more per car with CC over cash.Waxman said:For the first time, my IBA cc sales are higher than cash sales.

Wish we could figure out how to tie into these guys http://www.squareup.com. I use this service in another business. Figuring the fee structure is a no brainer. Inuit, PayPal and a few others have similar services. I'm hoping services like these will give the "traditional" cc processors some competition in years to come and cause them to rethink their complicated rate structures.
The benefit of plastic payment increases as usage does. Most of my clients hover around 50 to 75 percent plastic to cash. Today, it would be more difficult for them to thrive without this.
Unfortunately, the growth potential in most markets today is not wands. People with a dollar to invest are mostly investing in automatic washing.
I wish there i could find a way to do this with out it costing $1500 a bay. Does anyone know of any options for Canada. Cryptopay is not available. I have a Ics auto sentry for my roll over but there only option is to buy the whole bay system at $8500 a bay. Kinda sucks if you know of something that might be an option let me know. Thanks
I use SQUARE to sell wash packages and also use it anytime someone is having a card acceptance problem at the ACW.

Maybe so, but if an operator already has wand bays, adding CC acceptance is one more way to wring more $$ out of those bays, right?
