Where were you trained? I would think you may be able to do some networking and find connections through the institution where you acquired your skills. Definitely some techs here on this site, but mainly owners.

The top OEM's offer alot of training and deep levels of support relevant to their specific equipment. Suppliers can also offer some specialized training. I work as a pneumatics specialist for one of the largest international manufacturers of fluid power components SMC Corp of America. I also have 15 years of experience with car wash equipment. I don't get involved with the point of sale terminals or controls side of it but for pneumatics components I can provide insight into maintenance practices for solenoid valves of all types, pneumatic cylinders, air preparation products and some instrumentation such as pressure & flow sensors.
