Long-time reader, first-time poster. We’re in the process of buying an existing property - no equipment on site - and building everything new from the ground up: panels, pumps, vacs, controls, the whole setup.
We’ve put together plenty of research and a solid pro forma, but I know the real-world experience on this forum is invaluable.
Right now, we’ve narrowed our self-serve wash stand options down to two:
Our decision factors are mainly:
- Local support (60%) - Having strong nearby service and parts availability is a big deal for us.
- Self-maintainability (40%) - We want a system that’s practical to manage and maintain ourselves.
If anyone has hands-on experience with either of these systems, especially regarding reliability, ease of maintenance, or integration with
payment systems, I’d really appreciate your input.
