Razor will not work for you. We squeezed our Razor into a 30' bay by placing the dryers outside the exit door, and we hired a builder bump up our 10' ceiling by 1' in a 10' section so we can service the Razor. The Razor panels need space to be raised for servicing. 25' is short, not certain what you can fit in that bay and still clean trucks or most cars you may need to shop around and ask good questions so you are not surprised with what you have in the end.

We squeezed a razor into a bay that is 25'4" long (from inside corner to inside corner). The bay is 15'1" wide and 11' high. We had to cut the rails slightly but it fits and washes most everything except long box crew cabs. Our driers are on the outside.
