New acw buttons-Need help

Got a couple of new front panel buttons today for acw. last week put in a new mars conversion , and this week, i am confused as to how to get the button apart to get it thru the door.( Not the contactor)--just the button--it just doesn't seem to separate- any ideas- I'd rather not wait till tuesday to call them. Does that yellow tab release it somehow.

The yellow tab comes off and there is a metal switch behind it that needs to be turned to “unlock” it. E-mail me and I'll send you the instructions.

I wasn't sure about the yellow tab with the metal thru it. I just didn't want to break it. I think it'll be ok now-
