I just put in a new Panasonic CC reader and control board. Everything seemed to be working fine until a few days ago. Twice now, when a customer swipes their card, selects their wash package and then immediately gets either "Your card was declined, or Network error-L on the display. The modem never even dials out.
I have to power the machine down and reboot, manually close a batch and open one to get it working again. Any ideas on what to look at? I believe the modem in there is less than 2 years old. Don't know if it is that or something else.
